HOW DO I ORDER AND PAY?

Select Buy the kit in our shop and pay through Payhip’s secure checkout. Then create your kit account using the same email address you used at checkout. All payments are made through Payhip checkout; we do not accept manual bank deposits.

WHEN IS ACCESS ACTIVATED?

We verify your payment and manually activate your kit account within 1 business day, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. You will receive an email confirming that your access is active. R299 is a once-off payment for lifetime online access for one business, with no recurring subscription and no scheduled expiry.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS?

After purchase and access confirmation, visit https://polished-booked-pilot.pages.dev. Create your account with the email used for the purchase, verify your email and sign in. Polished & Booked approves each account manually. Registration alone does not unlock the kit. The shop Login link is a Payhip login; your editable kit is at the address above. Check Spam for verification emails and use Forgot password on the kit sign-in page if needed.

CAN I REUSE IT?

Yes. Customise the kit as many times as you wish for your one business. Change your branding, photos, prices and promotional wording, and download new finished designs. Do not share or transfer your account access.

WHAT CAN I EDIT?

Your logo, photos, studio details, tagline, opening hours, 12 colour/font collections, custom colours/fonts and individual design text. Add, remove or reorder services, descriptions, durations, starting prices and extras. Includes 15 promotions, loyalty/care cards, 12 message templates and a ZAR cash tracker.

HOW DO I SAVE?

Choose Save my work to save your workspace online. Reopen the kit and sign in to continue. Internet access is required. Branding, photos, designs and any cash records you enter are stored using Cloudflare; Firebase handles login. Storage/capacity limits apply. This online edition has no editable HTML or kit ZIP export. Keep your downloaded finished images and cash CSV exports as needed.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD OR SHARE?

Choose square, portrait or Story/Status size and click Prepare preview. Check every page, then Download PNG images. Copy your caption separately and post in your chosen app. Share images opens available device options; Instagram/TikTok may require downloading and uploading manually. Print / Save PDF is also available. Automatic posting and scheduling are not included.

PHOTOS AND MESSAGES

Use your own or licensed JPEG, PNG or WebP photos. Photos are resized for the workspace and storage limits apply. Choose client-message templates, review your draft and finish sending it in WhatsApp or email. Client details in the composer are temporary; do not add private client details to saved template wording. The kit does not manage appointments or take payments. Scan-test booking QR codes before sharing.
