ORDERING AND ACTIVATION

Purchases are completed through Payhip’s secure checkout. After payment, create your kit account using the same email address you used at checkout and verify it. We confirm your payment and approve your access within 1 business day, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. You will receive an email confirming that your access is active. Access is not instant. All payments must be made through Payhip checkout; we do not accept manual bank deposits or arrange payments by direct message or email.

DIGITAL ACCESS AND LIFETIME USE

R299 is a once-off payment for lifetime online kit access for one business, with no recurring subscription and no scheduled access expiry. Customise and reuse the kit as many times as you wish. Internet access is required and storage/capacity limits apply; lifetime access is not unlimited storage.

After purchase and access confirmation, use https://polished-booked-pilot.pages.dev with your verified, approved purchase email. Polished & Booked approves each account manually. Registration or a forwarded link alone does not grant access. This online edition supplies finished-image and PDF exports, not an editable HTML/ZIP kit. No physical product is shipped and no courier fee applies.

ACCESS HELP AND REFUNDS

If access is missing, the product is materially different from its description or does not work as described, use our shop Contact page with your order reference and problem details. We will help you access the kit or provide a correction where possible. If a material problem cannot be resolved, we will offer an appropriate refund. Contact us about duplicate purchases or accidental charges.

For change-of-mind cancellations, contact us promptly and tell us whether you have accessed or used the kit. Requests are assessed under applicable consumer law. This policy does not restrict statutory rights. Approved refunds normally use the original payment method; provider processing times vary.

SINGLE-BUSINESS LICENCE

One purchase permits one business to personalise and use the kit for its own marketing and records, including printed customer-facing materials. You may share your personalised customer-facing outputs. Do not share, transfer, resell or sublicense your account or redistribute the editable kit. Use only pictures, logos and text you own or have permission to use.

PRIVACY

Ronaldo Cloete trades as Polished & Booked. We use Payhip for the shop, orders and delivery instructions, the payment providers shown at Payhip checkout, Firebase for account authentication and Cloudflare for the online kit and private workspace storage. We use order, account and contact information for fulfilment, access approval, support, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping duties. We do not need passwords or card numbers for support.

When you choose Save my work, your branding, photos, designs, saved template wording and any cash records you enter are stored online in your account using Cloudflare. This is no longer a local-only HTML kit. Client details entered in the message composer are temporary unless you manually include them in saved wording. Finished social image exports exclude the cash tracker. Keep private information out of public designs and secure your account and downloaded files. Services may process data outside South Africa.

Payhip, Firebase/Google, Cloudflare and payment providers handle data under their own privacy notices. Records are kept as necessary for these purposes and legal obligations. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights; some records may need to be retained. Marketing signup is optional, and buying alone does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
