Welcome to Positive Kids Parent Resources. By purchasing or downloading a product from our Payhip store, you agree to the following terms.

1.     About our resources

Positive Kids Parent Resources provides downloadable educational and psychological resources for parents, carers, educators and professionals supporting children and young people.

Our resources provide general information and practical strategies only. They do not replace individual psychological, medical, dietetic, educational or other professional assessment, diagnosis, advice or treatment.

If you have concerns about a child’s health, safety, development or wellbeing, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

2.     Digital products

Our products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be posted.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download the files through Payhip. You are responsible for providing a compatible device, suitable software and a reliable internet connection.

Please contact us if you experience difficulty accessing your purchase.

3.     Personal-use licence

Unless a product description states otherwise, your purchase provides a non-exclusive licence for personal or individual professional use.

You may:

• download and save the resource for your own use

• print copies for yourself or your immediate household

• use the resource with an individual child or family you are directly supporting in your professional role

You may not:

• share the digital file with other people

• upload it to a shared drive, website, social media platform or online group

• email or distribute copies to colleagues, clients or organisations

• resell, reproduce or commercially distribute the resource

• remove our branding or claim the content as your own

• use the resource to create another product for sale

Schools, clinics and organisations requiring use by multiple staff members should contact us about an appropriate licence.

4.     Intellectual property

All text, designs, worksheets, graphics and other content remain the intellectual property of Positive Kids Parent Resources or the relevant rights holder.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under these terms. Ownership and copyright are not transferred to you.

5.     Payments and pricing

Prices are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through Payhip and its payment providers.

Any applicable taxes or currency conversion charges may be calculated or applied during checkout.

6.     Refunds

Because digital products are available for immediate download, we do not generally provide refunds for change of mind after a file has been accessed or downloaded.

However, this does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Please contact us if:

• you receive the wrong file

• the file is damaged or cannot be opened

• the product is materially different from its description

• you are charged more than once for the same purchase

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

7.     Results and individual circumstances

Every child and family is different. We do not guarantee that a resource will produce a particular outcome.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is appropriate for your child, family, classroom or professional circumstances.

8.     Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positive Kids Parent Resources is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of a resource.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9.     Account and download security

You are responsible for keeping your purchase links and account information secure. Download links must not be shared with others.

We may restrict access where there is evidence of unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or other misuse.

10. Changes to products or terms

We may update our products, pricing and these terms from time to time. The terms applying to a purchase are those available at the time the purchase is made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, and applicable Australian federal law.
