With a strong academic background in Industrial-Organisational Psychology and extensive experience mentoring and training emerging leaders, she designs and develops learner-centred, outcome-based learning solutions.


Leveraging EdTech and innovative instructional approaches, her resources are practical, inclusive, and designed to translate knowledge into real-world skills and impact.
