Programme Design & Development

At ProEdge Learning Solutions, we design and deliver structured learning and development programmes that support personal growth, leadership development, and career readiness.

Social Responsiveness Initiative

Through our social responsiveness initiative, Sharing Stories By Shanz (SSBS), a registered non-profit organisation (NPO 324-109), we design and deliver mentorship and development programmes that support young women in their personal and professional growth.

Leveraging EdTech approaches, our mentorship programmes are delivered through Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, providing structured, accessible, and engaging learning experiences.

Psychology-To-Practice Incubator

The Psychology to Practice Incubator is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application.

Why This Programme Exists In the South African context, graduates often face:

  • Limited traditional psychology positions
  • Intense competition for internships and placements
  • Uncertainty about ethical work outside HPCSA-registered roles
  • A lack of training in career creation and applied practice This programme equips psychology graduates to move beyond waiting for opportunities and instead learn how to ethically create and communicate their value in the real world.

Participants engage in: Interactive learning sessions Practical career design exercises Case studies based on real South African contexts Guided reflection and mentorship Professional development tools and frameworks

What Makes This Incubator Different:

Unlike traditional career workshops, this incubator focuses on psychology-informed career creation.
