I have a Diploma of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition, a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology, and a Master of Teaching. I am also a mother of two who has navigated two difficult pregnancies — which means I understand both the clinical science and the lived experience of trying to eat well when pregnancy makes everything harder.

I founded Pure Vie Nutrition because I was a trained nutritionist who still felt confused and overwhelmed by pregnancy nutrition advice. If it happened to me — with three degrees — I can only imagine what it is like for a woman navigating this without clinical training, being given contradictory guidance by every source she trusts.

Pure Vie exists to bridge the gap between what the science says, what the system communicates, and what actually works in real life.
