About Me


Hey there! I’m Sophie – the bendy brain behind Purple PhiloSophie – and I’m here to create a safe, warm, and empowering space where women can build not just body skills but also mindfulness. Imagine a place—both offline and online—where you feel surrounded by real people who celebrate your every small and big victory like it’s their own. Sounds magical, right? Well, this is exactly what I dream to create for you!



I hold a Master’s in Psychology, am a certified group fitness and stretching instructor, and a yoga teacher (Dharma Yoga TT 200). But you know what truly shaped me? My crazy, passionate love for Pole Dance, which started back in 2012. And after all these years, I’m still head over heels for this sport. I still train, still push myself, and yeah… still compete (because why not? 😉). Sharing this passion with my students is the cherry on top!



That’s why I now offer my knowledge worldwide through online courses and 1-on-1 private sessions. Whether you want to stretch deeper, get upside down on the pole, tone your body, or finally touch your toes—I'm all about a complex approach that hits it all.

My Belief: In a strong body lies a strong spirit.

When we learn to control our bodies and impulses, we can start to control our thoughts and even how we respond to chaotic, out-of-control situations. And that’s enough. We can’t control everything in the world, but we can learn to hear ourselves, understand our impulses, and shape our thoughts. That’s the power I want to help you unlock—because it’s all you need to live with strength, clarity, and confidence.


I’m not just an instructor who tells you how to move your body and says, “See you next week!” Nope. I’m here to help you build strength, flexibility, and resilience—inside and out. Through physical activity, I want to help you tackle self-doubt, inner fears, and anything else that holds you back.
