Why I created this course

My name is Maryssa Briggs, originally I created the first course - The Real Estate Agents Handbook because I was teaching this to the new agents on my team R3 Realtors brokered by eXp. The course teaches you everything your real estate course does not teach you. Things I have learned after being in the real estate industry for over 10 years. The course provides useful tips, resources, advice, and checklists to make your job as an agent easier and more productive! I wanted to help agents learn things that took me trial and many errors to learn.


My hope is that you will skip all the errors and go straight to celebrating the wins and successes! My team stands for Real Realty Relationships - and that is how I run my business and life. I want to help others be the best they can be by sharing the things I had to learn the hard way. My mission is to encourage other agents and help them; instead of compete and hide valuable information from them. There is more than enough business for each motivated person to be successful.

She specializes in working in the luxury market in Oahu and Southern California. With having sold over $200M in real estate volume since 2012 . She regularly works with a group of diverse real estate investors worldwide.


Maryssa is data driven and believes in staying on top of market knowledge. She knows that staying informed with current market trends is important for her clients in this fast paced and ever changing industry.

 

Along with experience in the Southern California, Hawaii, and Texas markets, Maryssa took a once in a lifetime opportunity to relocate to Greece for a year and apply her talents to grow a real estate agency in Rhodes, developing a hotel, and volunteering in her free time. Within that year, Maryssa became fluent in Greek. She does business in the Greek market; helping investors find and procure deals that fit their portfolio.


With over 10 years of residential real estate experience as a former associate with Redfin, List Sotheby's International Realty, and Keller Williams, she now has started her own team underneath eXp Realty. 


Maryssa is now an investor herself and has flipped multiple homes in markets across America. She also is a huge believer in the BRRRR method. She has a passion for helping others learn about investing in real estate and creating a legacy for their families; creating generational wealth. 


Amongst the fix n flip and rental property investment strategies, She is now undertaking a large commercial development project - developing a luxury boutique hotel in Vigan, Philippines. Project is estimated to complete by 2025. 


Maryssa provides turnkey real estate services from needs analyses, contract drafting, negotiations, listings, contract reviews, staging, and interior design to help reduce the stress that buying, selling, or remodeling a home can bring. She also mentors new agents and new investors. She loves to help others in their real estate journeys. Real estate changed her life and the lives of her clients for the better and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with those who are eager to learn.
