Preorder Cancellations

Founder’s Edition preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before the shipping label is purchased. Once the shipping label has been purchased or the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because Founder’s Edition copies are limited pre-launch products, we do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your game arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact info@reimagine.games within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will determine the appropriate course of action.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or where the shipment was incorrect because of our error.
