These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Re-Imagine Games through this online store.

Preorders. Tic-Tac-Pro® Founder’s Edition is a pre-launch product scheduled for release on January 21, 2027. By placing a preorder, you understand that the product is not available for immediate shipment and that estimated release and shipping dates may change because of production, transportation, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside Re-Imagine Games’ reasonable control.

Payment. Payment is collected at the time the preorder or order is placed. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing and Taxes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges as described in our Shipping Policy.

Order Acceptance and Availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of inventory limitations, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Quantity and Bulk Orders. Orders are subject to available inventory and shipping options. Orders involving unusually large quantities may require separate shipping arrangements or may be treated as bulk orders. Re-Imagine Games may contact the purchaser before processing such an order.

Product Appearance and Specifications. Because the Founder’s Edition is a pre-launch product, minor changes may be made to packaging, components, materials, colors, finishes, or other non-material product details before final production. The essential gameplay and nature of the product will not be changed without appropriate notice.

Refunds, Returns and Shipping. Purchases are also subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms of Sale.

Intellectual Property. Tic-Tac-Pro®, its game design, artwork, rules, branding, graphics, product names, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Re-Imagine Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a game does not transfer any ownership or commercial-use rights in that intellectual property.

Personal Use. Products purchased through this store are intended for personal use unless Re-Imagine Games has separately authorized resale, commercial distribution, organized commercial use, or another business use in writing.
