Nature of contract
By proceeding with this purchase, you will enter into a consumer contract with Payhip Limited (a company registered in England with registration no 08386910) who will supply digital content on a non-tangible medium (Digital Content) to you subject to their terms and conditions too.
Your cancellation rights and refunds:
Since you wish to purchase Digital Content, special rules of cancellation apply to the contract between us. By proceeding with this purchase, you consent to us supplying the Digital Content to you before the end of the 14 day cancellation period which would otherwise be available to you, and as such you lose your cancellation rights and we hereby confirm this consent and acknowledge the same to you.
If you do not want to be bound by the above term, please do not pay or subscribe.
Ongoing Subscriptions:
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, with your access terminating immediately upon cancellation
- Technical Issues: Prorated refunds may be provided for extended service outages exceeding 48 hours. Please contact us if this is the case and we will investigate the circumstances.
- It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for the subsequent period.
Grant of licence and permitted use
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Limitation of our liability to you
You agree, that to the extent permissible by law, your sole and only remedy for any problems, issues or concerns with our service is to stop using our services, whether as a subscriber or as a visitor using one of our services
Prices and Payments:
1) Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify the Service (or any part or content thereof) and/or Content without notice at any time.
We reserve the right at any time to discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) giving 30 days notice to end users.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
2)The price for the Service that you order will be the price quoted on the Site at the date the order is received.
3) All advertised prices include any UK or EU VAT. All subscriptions are sold through PayHip who deal with any other VAT/Sales Tax charges. VAT or sales tax may be added at the checkout stage for customers outside the UK and EU.
4) Payments can be made by credit or debit card (please see the relevant part of the Site for a list of those payment cards accepted and method of payment). By submitting a credit or debit card number, you: (a) represent and warrant that your use of the particular card is authorised and that all information that you submit is true and accurate; and (b) authorise us to charge to the card you tendered all amounts payable by you to us based on the Products/Services you order.
5) You may be subject to validation checks and/or third party authorisations depending on your method of payment.
6) Recurring Billing: By signing up for a subscription, you explicitly authorize our third-party payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the then-current rate.

Anything else I should know?
We may change our subscription entitlements at any time with 30 days’ notice and you may cancel your subscription within this notice period. We may also at any time and at our sole discretion, terminate your subscription with us where we believe that we have serious grounds to terminate (for example, breach of these terms).
We may screen your name and address against fraud prevention databases when we decide whether or not to accept your application for subscription or your application for event tickets or any other service. If we do not accept your application for subscription, we will terminate your subscription and reimburse any payment that you have made.
In addition to these standard subscription terms, you will also be subject to any specific terms relating to the offer you have chosen, as made available to you before the purchase of your subscription. If you are found to be abusing the terms of any of our offers, we have the right to suspend and/or terminate your subscription and/or offer agreement with us.
Our subscriptions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

You therefore acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Digital Content anywhere in the world belongs to our licensors, that rights in the Digital Content are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Digital Content other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this End User Licence.
You understand that your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Where applicable, you may:

Disclaimer, warranties, limitation of liability, and jurisdiction
