What we collect

When you buy, we receive your name, email address, country, and what you bought. Payment details are handled by Payhip, Stripe and PayPal; we never receive your card number. If you contact us, we keep the message and your email address.

How we use it

Only to deliver your files, send your receipt, answer your questions, handle refunds, and keep the records the law requires. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

• Payhip, which hosts the store and delivers files
• Stripe and PayPal, which process payments
• Indian tax or government authorities, only when the law requires it

These companies process data under their own privacy policies and security standards.

How it is shared and protected

Data moves only through encrypted (HTTPS) connections on Payhip, Stripe and PayPal. Access to order records is limited to the store owner's password-protected accounts.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 8 years to meet Indian tax and accounting rules. Messages are deleted after 2 years.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information (except records we must keep by law) by emailing sandeep.bhandari@yahoo.co.in. We reply within 30 days.
