These terms apply to every purchase from Recipes By Mum (payhip.com/RecipesByMum), a store operated by Indragni Solutions, House No 162, Near Jain Sthanik Shastri Nagar, Sector 4C, Mandi Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab 147301, India ("we", "us").

1. What we sell

We sell printable recipe cards, cookbooks and kitchen planners as digital PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. Recipes use US cup and spoon measurements and Fahrenheit oven temperatures.

2. Delivery

After payment you get a download link on screen and by email, usually within minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Payhip and its payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your card details.

4. Licence

Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for your own kitchen and share printed recipes with family and friends. You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the files themselves.

5. Cancellation

Because files are delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy page, linked at the bottom of every page of this store.

7. Accuracy

We describe our recipes carefully, but results depend on ingredients, equipment and altitude. Check allergens against your own needs; the recipes are not medical or dietary advice.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page applies to new orders.
