I'm Giulia Galli, founder of Reegal, a coaching practice built on two things I believe deeply in: mental fitness and intentional parenting.

Before this, I spent 20+ years in luxury communications. Somewhere along the way I realised the thing I cared about most was helping people think more clearly and parent more intentionally.

I'm a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Business Coach, and author of When a Parent Is Born (in English and Italian). I work bilingually between London and Italy, with private clients and companies across both countries.
