Hi, Im Catherine. I am a Therapist. I created Relating To You as a calm, supportive space for anyone who wants to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with themselves, with others, and with life.
For me, understanding how we relate has always been at the heart of everything. Over the years, I’ve seen how easily we can lose touch with who we are while trying to meet the demands of life, work, and relationships. My work is about helping you find your way back — gently, compassionately, and at your own pace.
Relating To You exists to support individuals in creating calm, connection, and emotional clarity in their personal and professional lives. It offers one-to-one counselling, structured support and accountability calls, as well as accessible therapeutic tools to encourage self-awareness and relational wellbeing.
