Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During book launches, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete. DeEveria Lacy Publishing is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the selected shipping carrier and are estimates only. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer using the email address associated with the order.

Customers should monitor tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding carrier specific delivery issues or delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

DeEveria Lacy Publishing is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product so that we can determine the appropriate next steps.

If an order is lost while in transit, we may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International delivery times may vary significantly and are outside of our control.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, DeEveria Lacy Publishing may offer books for pre-order before their official release date.

When placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that the book is not yet available for immediate shipment. Pre-order orders will be processed and shipped after the book’s official release date and once inventory is available.

The expected release date will be clearly identified on the applicable product page whenever possible.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders will generally begin processing within 2–5 business days after the book’s official release date, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or communicated by DeEveria Lacy Publishing.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not when the pre-order is placed.

If a release or fulfillment date changes, customers who have placed a pre-order may be notified using the email address associated with their order.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If a customer purchases a pre-order item together with an item that is currently in stock, the order may be held and shipped together after the pre-order item becomes available.

Customers who would like in-stock items shipped separately may be responsible for additional shipping charges, where applicable.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before fulfillment by contacting DeEveria Lacy Publishing, subject to the cancellation terms stated on the applicable product page.

Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Release Dates

Release dates are subject to change due to circumstances including, but not limited to, printing, production, inventory, shipping, distribution, or other circumstances outside the publisher’s reasonable control.

If a release date changes significantly, DeEveria Lacy Publishing will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated information to affected customers.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the order is being placed in advance of the book’s availability for shipment.
