Privacy Policy
RESTART NOW® Effective date: 4 May 2026
Last updated: 4 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you buy from or interact with RESTART NOW, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent law.
We aim to be plain about this. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to sell you a PDF and stay compliant, we don't sell your data, and we delete what we no longer need.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
GENERATHRIVE OÜ Registry code: 16740176 VAT number: EE102622742 Registered address: Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia
Contact for any privacy-related question, request, or complaint: https://payhip.com/Restartnow/contact.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not legally required to do so under Article 37 GDPR.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide when you buy a workbook
When you purchase a RESTART NOW product through our Payhip storefront, we receive the following information from Payhip:
- Email address — to deliver the PDF and receipt.
- Name — as entered at checkout.
- Country and, where applicable, billing address — for VAT, tax compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Order details — the product purchased, the price, the date and time, and the order/receipt number.
- A reference to your payment — confirmation that payment was completed. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank details. Payment data is processed by Payhip's payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) under their own privacy policies.
2.2 Data you provide when you contact us
When you submit the contact form at https://payhip.com/Restartnow/contact, we receive:
- Your name and email.
- The content of your message — including any details you choose to share (for example, the reason for a refund or feedback about a workbook).
2.3 Data collected automatically
When you visit our storefront, Payhip and its analytics providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is governed by Payhip's own privacy policy and cookie banner. We do not run a separate website outside Payhip; we do not place independent tracking on your device beyond what Payhip operates.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not collect any of the following:
- Special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR (health, religion, political views, sexual orientation, etc.).
- Information about anyone other than yourself.
- Anything you write privately in your own notebook while using a RESTART NOW workbook. The notebook is yours; nothing in the protocol asks you to submit private content to us.

4. Marketing emails
We do not currently run a marketing newsletter. If we introduce one in the future, it will be opt-in only, and every email will include an unsubscribe link. Buying a workbook does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing.
5. Who we share your data with
We share data only with the providers we need in order to operate, and only the data each one needs:
- Payhip Ltd (United Kingdom) — runs the storefront, handles checkout, hosts your order history. payhip.com/privacy
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, depending on your method) — process the payment itself. They receive payment data directly; we do not.
- Email delivery provider — to send order confirmations and refund correspondence. We use Payhip's built-in delivery; if we change providers, we'll update this list.
- Tax and accounting authorities — where required by law (e.g. EU VAT One-Stop-Shop reporting).
- Legal or regulatory authorities — only if compelled by valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
6. International transfers
GENERATHRIVE OÜ is based in Estonia (EU). Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, Payhip in the UK, Stripe and PayPal in the US). When that happens, transfers are protected by either an EU adequacy decision (e.g. UK adequacy) or by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, plus any supplementary measures the providers implement.
7. How long we keep your data
Data Retention period Order and receipt records 7 years from the end of the financial year in which the sale occurred — Estonian Accounting Act requires this for tax records. 10. Security
We rely on Payhip's infrastructure security (HTTPS, hosted databases, access controls) for storefront and order data. On our side, access to customer data is limited to the minimum number of people who need it to operate the business, and only via authenticated accounts.
No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We will inform affected users and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay if a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, in line with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
