These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold under the RESTART NOW brand. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to GENERATHRIVE OÜ. "You" refers to the person buying or using a RESTART NOW product.

2. The products

RESTART NOW sells digital workbooks delivered as PDF files. The workbooks are designed to be read on a mobile phone. Specific product descriptions, page counts, and prices are listed on each product page.

The workbooks are educational and self-help materials. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Each workbook lists its scope, who it is for, and who it is not for. Read those sections before purchase.

3. Purchase, payment, delivery

Purchases are processed through our storefront on Payhip (payhip.com/Restartnow). Payment is handled by Payhip and its payment processors. By purchasing, you also accept the terms of those services.

After successful payment you receive an automated email containing a download link for your PDF. The link is also accessible from your Payhip account. Delivery is electronic and immediate. There is no physical product and no shipping.

If you do not receive the download email within thirty minutes of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact us via the form above. We will resend the file.

4. License — what you can and cannot do with the workbook

When you buy a RESTART NOW workbook, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the PDF for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Read the workbook on your own devices.
• Save backup copies for your own use.
• Quote short excerpts in personal correspondence or reviews, with attribution.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publish the PDF or its contents in whole or in substantial part.
• Translate, adapt, or create derivative works for distribution.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Use the workbook to train machine-learning systems.
• Use the workbook to deliver coaching, therapy, or commercial services to other people.

Friends and family who want their own copy should buy their own. Each license is for one person.

5. Intellectual property

All content in RESTART NOW workbooks — text, layout, illustrations, the RESTART NOW® name and logo, and the methodologies named within (including The Reality Check™ and the REWIRE Method) — is the property of GENERATHRIVE OÜ and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

References to third-party research and frameworks (such as the Maslach Burnout Inventory, Gottman's research, etc.) are used for educational purposes with citation. The underlying frameworks remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Refund policy — the 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind the workbooks. If a workbook does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no hard questions asked.

How to request a refund

Send a refund request through the contact form: https://payhip.com/Restartnow/contact. Include:

1. The email address you used at purchase.
2. The name of the workbook.
3. The order or receipt number, if you have it.

What we'll ask in return

To help us keep improving the workbooks, we'll reply with two or three short questions — for example:

• What did you expect from the workbook before buying?
• Where, specifically, did it fall short for you?
• What would have made it the right purchase?

Answering these takes a few minutes. Your answers do not affect whether you receive the refund — the refund is approved either way once you confirm the purchase. We just ask honestly because real customer feedback is the only way the next workbook gets better.

How and when you'll be refunded

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund is for the full purchase price.

After 30 days

After 30 days from purchase we no longer issue refunds. The workbook is the workbook — by that point you've either followed the protocol or you haven't, and the time window for refund-based feedback has passed.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of obvious abuse — for example, repeated refund requests after multiple workbooks from the same customer, or evidence that the PDF was redistributed before the refund request.

7. Acceptable use

By using a RESTART NOW workbook, you agree not to:

• Use the content in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Use the content to harm, harass, or mislead another person.
• Misrepresent the workbook as your own work.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract content for redistribution.

If you breach these terms, your license is automatically revoked.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The workbooks are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the protocol will produce a particular outcome for your specific situation. Results depend on your circumstances, your follow-through, and many factors outside the workbook's scope.

The workbooks are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or relationship counseling. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, domestic abuse, severe medical symptoms, or active addiction, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service immediately. Each workbook lists relevant safety resources where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GENERATHRIVE OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the workbooks. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

9. Consumer rights — EU buyers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory consumer-protection rights, those rights apply in addition to the rights described in these terms. Nothing in these terms restricts statutory rights you cannot waive.

Note that, under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content normally ends once delivery has begun and you have given express consent to that delivery. Our 30-day money-back guarantee in §6 is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum. You can use either, whichever is more favorable to you.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on our storefront. Continued purchases or use after the effective date constitute acceptance of the updated terms. Earlier purchases remain governed by the version of the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
