About Me
Hi, I’m Lynne, a lifelong student of healing, meditation, and the power of rest. Over the past 20 years, I’ve trained in and practised many forms of meditation, including Mindfulness, Transcendental, Quantum, Guided Meditation, as well as Crystal Therapy and Reiki, which I taught for over a decade.
I’m also the author of two children’s books woven with magic, legend, and crystals.
When I discovered Yoga Nidra a few years ago, it became a deeply restorative practice that supported me through personal grief after losing a dear friend.
I use Yoga Nidra all of the time as it's helped me through burnout, stress, anxiety and transforming my life.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply restful guided meditation that allows your body to relax completely while your mind remains gently aware. It takes you into a state between waking and sleeping, a space where healing, clarity, and transformation can naturally unfold.
Unlike traditional meditation, you don’t need to concentrate or sit upright. You simply lie down, listen, and let go.
One session of Yoga Nidra can feel as restorative as hours of sleep, helping you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and create space for new possibilities.
