Hey! My name's Louis and I'm the founder of Revamp Performance. Born and raised in Dunedin, New Zealand, I’ve been surrounded by sports my whole life, playing just about everything you can imagine. That passion led me to Otago University, one of the top 11 sport science universities in the world, where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Now, I’m taking it a step further, working towards my Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning, focusing on enhancing athletic performance.


I launched Revamp Performance in December 2024 because I believe that everyone should have access to top-tier training programs and real education on health and fitness. Whether you’re chasing elite-level performance, looking to improve in your sport, or just starting out in the gym, I want to help you train smarter, move better, and achieve more.


Right now, I’m the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Otago Varsity Colts and head of the Varsity Rugby High Performance Wider Squad. I’ve worked with some incredible athletes, and for me, the best part of coaching is seeing progress translate to real results—whether that’s a personal best in the gym, better performance on the field, or just feeling stronger and more confident in your training.


But Revamp Performance isn’t just for professional athletes—it’s for anyone with a fitness goal. My mission is to bring the same level of expert coaching and support that elite athletes receive to everyone, no matter where they’re starting from. And with online coaching, I can now help people from all over the world—not just those in my backyard.
