Refunds & Returns
At RichArtson's Creations, each item is made with care. Many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for our customers.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom and personalized sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
