Custom Order Agreement

By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Spelling
• Photos
• Design requests

Design Approval

When a mockup is provided, approval is required before production begins. Once approved, RichArtson's Creations is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved design.

Production Timeline

Production begins after payment is received and all required information has been submitted. 

Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days after all design details are finalized. Processing time may vary based on design complexity, requested revisions, and the speed of customer communication. Prompt responses help ensure your order is completed as quickly as possible.

Changes to Orders

Changes must be requested before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Copyrighted Material

Customers must have permission to use any images, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for custom orders. RichArtson's Creations reserves the right to refuse designs that may violate copyright laws.

Refunds

Custom orders are non-refundable unless an error was made by RichArtson's Creations.
