My personable approach, situational leadership style, and ability to bring people together to get things done have always shined through teamwork opportunities.

My experience spans HR, onboarding, compliance, process improvement, hiring, employee relations, safety, culture, and business operations. I naturally look for the gaps—an outdated form, a broken workflow, unnecessary back-and-forth, or a process that could simply have more impact when looked at from another perspective — and find practical ways to improve it.

But I never want efficiency to come at the expense of the human being in the process.

I believe people should feel comfortable asking questions, understanding the “why,” contributing ideas, and knowing their work matters. When people feel supported and connected, teams work better, businesses operate more efficiently, and results follow.
