About Me
Dr. Khalif Jackson is an educational leader, entrepreneur, and author committed to making self-understanding a foundation for success. As CEO and Co-Founder of Greyson Scholars and the creator of SELPH Centered, he brings together education, social-emotional learning, and personal development to help people recognize their strengths, act with purpose, and build meaningful futures.
His work is guided by a conviction: people deserve opportunities to understand themselves and develop the skills to shape their own lives. That belief connects his leadership as a Director of Student Services with his work supporting young people, educators, families, and returning citizens.
Through Greyson Scholars, Dr. Jackson leads a mission focused on equipping youth and young adults with skills for school, life, and work. The organization’s partnerships with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections extend that mission through mentorship and workforce development, supporting returning citizens as they prepare for their next chapter.
Through SELPH Centered and his book, Know Your SELF, he is expanding access to practical tools for self-discovery and growth. His work connects reflection with action, helping people understand how their beliefs, emotions, and relationships influence the choices they make. He is building a growing body of books and educational resources designed to bring those conversations into homes, classrooms, organizations, and communities.
Dr. Jackson holds a doctorate in Education from Point Park University and is a two time Boston College graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Education and Developmental Psychology. Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, he brings a deep commitment to community, opportunity, and service to every part of his work.
His vision is to make self knowledge an essential part of how we educate, lead, and prepare the next generation. Through his organizations, writing, and partnerships, he is working toward a future where more people have the confidence, skills, and support to turn their potential into lasting impact.
