Hi, I'm Lisa from SNA Success 🙂

I've worked as an SNA for many years and also have a background in HR and Executive Administration. I'm neurodivergent myself and a proud mum to Charlie, who is also neurodivergent with a PDA profile.

Together we have been navigating the challenges of school, including periods of burnout and school refusal, while also recognising the strengths and positives that being neurodivergent can bring. 🙂

This lived experience has shown me the importance of a trusted SNA in a student's life, and the need for neuroaffirming approaches in schools, with a focus on building trusting relationships and understanding.
