1. Digital Products

Unless specifically stated otherwise, AiGz products sold through this store are digital products.

No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment, access is normally provided electronically through Payhip. Payhip provides digital buyers with download access after successful payment. Payhip Help Center

2. Product Information

We aim to describe each product accurately, including page count, format, size, age range, intended use and files included.

Colors may appear differently between monitors, devices and printers.

Customers should review the full product description before purchasing.

3. Personal and Single-Classroom Licence

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for:

• Personal use

• Household use

• Use by one teacher within their own classroom

Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the digital files or underlying designs.

4. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not:

• Resell or redistribute the original digital files

• Upload the files to file-sharing, membership, marketplace or download websites

• Share purchased files with other businesses, schools, teachers or organisations outside the permitted licence

• Claim the artwork, layouts, branding or files as their own

• Modify the files primarily for resale or redistribution

• Use AiGz or Salaamify branding in a way that suggests ownership, partnership or endorsement without permission

For broader commercial, institutional or multi-classroom use, please contact us before purchasing or using the files.

5. Intellectual Property

AiGz, Salaamify, product designs, layouts, text, graphics, illustrations, branding and other original content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s) unless otherwise stated.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Pricing, Taxes and Currency

Prices displayed on the product page may exclude taxes that are calculated and added at checkout.

Applicable GST, VAT or other taxes may therefore change the final checkout amount depending on the customer's location and applicable rules.

Prices, offers and promotions may change for future purchases without affecting completed orders.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment services including Razorpay and PayPal, depending on customer location and available checkout methods.

Use of those payment services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Download Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address and maintaining access to their purchased files.

If a file cannot be downloaded, first try another browser or device and then contact us if the issue continues. Payhip similarly recommends download troubleshooting before requesting a refund. Payhip Help Center

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please review it before purchasing.

10. Educational Products

AiGz children's workbooks, worksheets and activity products are intended as supplementary educational and recreational resources.

They are not a substitute for professional educational, developmental, medical or therapeutic advice.

Adult supervision should be used where appropriate.

11. Availability and Updates

We may update, improve or replace digital-product files.

Where Payhip allows an updated file to replace an existing product file, previous customers may continue using their original purchase/download link to access the updated file. Payhip Help Center

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AiGz and Salaamify will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use a digital product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to a customer in their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version displayed on the store at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
