During my career, I've taken part in many sales training and sales coaching sessions, but early on I noticed they were almost always the same format. Whether I was sitting in a room with highly experienced or new Sales Professionals, the content didn't adapt, and I often found there was little engagement.

So I started training and coaching my teams personally and produced coaching programmes that yielded real, tangible results.

Over time, that approach matured into what it is today: Sales Coaching Live.

I launched Sales Coaching Live, as I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to sales coaching. We work with individual Sales Professionals, sales teams, and corporations to understand the challenges they are facing right now, so that we can develop coaching programmes that can be successfully implemented and produce real results in line with personal and professional goals.
