With over 11 years in senior management and international sales, I've coached the best sales professionals across dozens of industries.

Before launching my company, I identified a BIG problem with how a lot of training and coaching is provided to sales professionals!

It is almost always the same format: limited content, doesn't adapt to actual challenges, doesn't provide a real framework, and I often found there was little engagement or follow-up.

So I started training and coaching my teams personally and produced coaching programmes that yielded real, tangible results.

Over time, my approach matured into my company: Sales Coaching Live.

I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to sales coaching. I work with individual sales professionals, sales teams, and corporations to understand the challenges they are facing right now, so that I can develop coaching programmes and resources that can be successfully implemented to produce real results.

Through 1-to1 Sales Coaching Sessions, Corporate Sales Coaching Programmes, and Sales Resources that are available for download, I work with sales people to tackle and overcome their real challenges.
