About SalleyNycole

My name is SalleyNycole Crews, and I’m a Licensed Esthetician, Master Sugarist, Monetized Content Creator, Certified Coach, and entrepreneur based in Buffalo, NY. I’m the owner of SalleyNycole’s Skin & Beauty Boutique, where I’ve spent the past 15 years building a successful spa business and brand.

Over the years, I’ve intentionally built both a personal lifestyle brand and a spa brand, using content to tell two different but connected stories. My spa content allows me to educate, showcase my expertise, connect with clients, and market my services, while my personal lifestyle brand gives me space to share entrepreneurship, motherhood, marriage, wellness, routines, and everyday life.

Through consistently creating and sharing content, I’ve amassed a combined community of 17,000+ followers across nine social media platforms, including 10,000+ followers on Facebook and 5,000+ followers on both my personal and business Instagram accounts. Building these communities has shown me firsthand that you don’t need millions of followers to create influence, establish authority, build a recognizable brand, or turn your content into real opportunities.

What started as simply creating content for my own businesses has grown into an additional career and multiple streams of income. Today, I monetize my own social media content, create paid UGC for brands, create paid content for events, host paid content days for clients, work with paid content coaching clients, and facilitate paid content workshops.

I’ve also traveled on a six-city esthetics industry content tour, creating content and representing events in New York City, Secaucus, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, Miami, and San Diego in roles including content creator, media partner, speaker, ambassador, and Director of Content Creators. These opportunities have allowed me to take my work beyond my local community and establish myself as a content creator within the beauty and esthetics industry on a larger scale.

Content has taken me far beyond simply posting on social media. It has helped me generate income, expand my visibility beyond my city, grow multiple brands, build valuable relationships, and gain access to opportunities and rooms I may not have entered otherwise.

As a Certified Coach, I created SalleyNycole’s Content Coaching to help women build both the strategy and confidence to create. I help women become more comfortable showing up, sharing their ideas, using their voices, and putting themselves and their businesses in front of an audience. I also teach them how to develop content strategies, organize their ideas, create consistently, strengthen their brands, and turn their knowledge, experiences, and expertise into content that supports their goals.

Because knowing what to post is only part of the equation. You also have to develop the confidence to actually create it, share it, and allow yourself to be seen.

I’m also the creator of The LateHER Creator™, a series centered around my belief that there is no expiration date on becoming a creator, evolving your brand, starting something new, or deciding to take your content seriously. The series encourages women to stop allowing age, fear, comparison, perfectionism, or feeling “behind” to keep them from creating. You are not too old, too late, or too far behind to start building something meaningful online.

To date, I’ve received nine entrepreneurship awards, including recognition as a six-figure earner, and I’ve been nominated for an Innovators & Changemakers Award. While I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished professionally, I’m equally proud of the life behind it all. I’m a wife to my husband of 15 years, Jamil, and mom to our 4-year-old son, Syer, who are at the heart of everything I build.
