DIGITAL DOWNLOADS — IMPORTANT NOTICE

All SchoolVault products are digital downloads that are made available to you immediately upon successful payment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

OUR REFUND POLICY

As our products are digital files that are accessible instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide an exception to the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content that has been supplied and accessed immediately.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that will be made available immediately, and you consent to waive your right to cancel once the download has been accessed.

EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL CONSIDER A REFUND

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• You experience a genuine technical fault that prevents you from accessing or opening your purchased files

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error

• The files delivered are materially different from what was described on the product page

If any of the above applies, please contact us at hello@schoolvault.co.uk within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

• You have changed your mind after downloading the files

• You feel the templates do not meet your specific school's requirements (please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing)

• Your school's Ofsted inspection outcome did not meet expectations — our templates are guidance documents and not a guarantee of any outcome
