SCHOOLVAULT — TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from the SchoolVault store on Payhip. SchoolVault is a trading name of Edvance Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

1. PRODUCTS SOLD

SchoolVault sells digital downloadable products, including compliance document templates, checklists, and reporting tools designed for use by UK schools, academies, and Multi-Academy Trusts. All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are supplied.

2. LICENCE GRANTED

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use templates within your own school, academy, or MAT, and to adapt them for internal use. You may NOT share with schools outside your organisation, resell, publish online, or remove branding.

3. NO LEGAL OR COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE

SchoolVault templates are professional reference documents designed to support compliance activity. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with Ofsted requirements, DfE statutory guidance, or any other legal or regulatory obligation. Edvance Technologies Ltd is not a regulated legal professional. Schools remain solely responsible for adapting templates to their specific context and for ensuring their own compliance.

4. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD & DELIVERY

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased files via Payhip in PDF and/or Word (.docx) format as specified in the product listing.

5. REFUND POLICY

As digital products are accessible immediately on purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once downloaded (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your files, please contact hello@schoolvault.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.

6. ACCURACY & UPDATES

We make reasonable efforts to ensure templates reflect current statutory guidance at the time of publication. UK education legislation changes regularly. Schools are responsible for verifying currency of all documentation before use.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edvance Technologies Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the price paid for that product. We exclude liability for indirect losses, adverse Ofsted outcomes, or regulatory action arising from use of our templates.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All SchoolVault products are the intellectual property of Edvance Technologies Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or resale may result in legal action.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
