I'm Robert, a horary astrologer devoted to one of the oldest and most precise arts in human history. When a question arises in you, and you will not let go, I cast a chart for the exact sacred moment it was born and read what the heavens have to say. The rules I work with are the same ones Guido Bonatti set down in the 13th century and William Lilly brought into English in 1647. They have been answering questions like yours ever since.
