Jacqui Baker and Melinda Smith run Select Connections - an elite over 50's dating company. They provide a unique approach to dating for the over 50's which not only includes a matchmaking service but also dating coaching, therapy, styling and photography. Jacqui set up Select Connections following her frustrations with dating apps and realising that there weren't any matchmaking companies that specialised in the over 50's and the unique challenges that being single later in life brings. Her honest and straightforward (yet encouraging) approach has seen her as a guest in magazines, on radio and a number of podcast. An accomplished matchmaker, dating coach, author and public speaker.

Melinda is the company's Therapist and Coach. A Clinical Hypnotherapist, Holistic Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Sound Healer and Meditation Practitioner she uses a blend of skills and techniques to help the over 50 single find themselves after breakup, build their confidence and deal with dating patterns and fears to build a life they love.
