1. Your right

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is made, which is the day of purchase.

2. When the right is lost (digital downloads)

Our products are digital content supplied by download. You lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts, but only if, before paying, you:

expressly agreed that the digital content is supplied immediately, during the withdrawal period, and
acknowledged that this means you lose your right of withdrawal.

You give this consent by ticking the required box at checkout (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(o)). We will confirm your consent in your receipt email. If you did not receive this confirmation, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you did not give this consent, if we did not confirm it to you, or if the download has not started, you can still withdraw.

Losing the withdrawal right does not affect the legal guarantee: if the file is faulty or not as described, email us and we will fix, replace or refund it. Our voluntary 30-day refund also still applies (see the Terms of Sale: https://payhip.com/SellerSheetsLab/terms-of-sale).

3. How to withdraw

Before the 14 days end, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw. You can:

Online (recommended): use Withdraw from the contract here (https://forms.gle/YuHe3QVysw4FQWVQA). You give your details, then confirm the withdrawal in a separate step. You receive an email acknowledgment with the content of your request and the date and time it was submitted.
By email: write to fedyno@gmail.com with the subject "Withdrawal". Include your name, the email used for the order, the order number (if you have it), the purchase date and the product.
By post: Federico Giugno – Seller Sheets Lab, Via Valsabbia 9b, 25081 Bedizzole (BS), Italy.

You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. We confirm by email, without delay, that we received your withdrawal.

5. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund. After withdrawing, you must stop using the file and delete any copies.
