Terms of Sale – Digital Downloads
Effective date: 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms apply to purchases on the Seller Sheets Lab store on Payhip (payhip.com/SellerSheetsLab). The seller is Federico Giugno, trading as Seller Sheets Lab, Via Valsabbia 9b, 25081 Bedizzole (BS), Italy. Contact: email us at fedyno@gmail.com. It is our direct contact channel, answered personally by the seller, with no third parties in between. We reply within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, Italian time), usually sooner. If your message is about a purchase, please include your order number from the receipt. Payhip provides the store and checkout. Purchases on Gumroad are governed by Gumroad's terms, because Gumroad sells to you as merchant of record.
2. What you buy
Each product is a digital spreadsheet template in .xlsx format. The product page lists what is inside, the file format and the file size; please read it before you buy. Nothing physical is shipped.
Compatibility: our files are .xlsx spreadsheets with no macros or add-ins. Works in spreadsheet apps that open .xlsx files (tested in LibreOffice Calc); some formatting may vary.
3. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payhip adds EU/UK VAT at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe or PayPal through Payhip. If we offer a discount code, it is valid only for the products and until the date and time stated in the offer. Only one code can be used per order.
4. Contract and delivery
The contract is made when you complete checkout and your payment is confirmed. You get the download link straight away on the confirmation page and by email. The receipt email is your confirmation of the contract on a durable medium and includes your answers to the checkout questions. We will confirm your consent in your receipt email. If you did not receive this confirmation, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal. If the link does not work, email us and we will send the file again.
5. License
You may use the template for your own personal or business use, and you may edit your copy. You may not resell, share, upload or give away the file or a modified version of it, in whole or in part.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Digital downloads – when the right is lost. Before payment, checkout asks you to tick a required box confirming that you expressly agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and that you acknowledge you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts. We will confirm your consent in your receipt email. If you did not receive this confirmation, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have given that consent and the download has started, you can no longer withdraw (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 59(1)(o); Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)).
When you keep it. If that consent was not collected or not confirmed to you, or the download has not started, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal.
How to withdraw – online. Withdraw from the contract here: https://forms.gle/YuHe3QVysw4FQWVQA. The form asks for your name, the email used for the order, the order number (if you have it), the product, the purchase date and, optionally, where to send the confirmation; you then confirm in a separate step. We send you an acknowledgment by email, with the content of your request and the date and time it was submitted, without undue delay (Italian Consumer Code, art. 54-bis, in force from 19 June 2026, implementing Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
You can also email a clear statement to fedyno@gmail.com, or use the model form on our Right of Withdrawal page: https://payhip.com/SellerSheetsLab/right-of-withdrawal. It is enough to send your request before the 14 days end.
Refund after withdrawal. We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. After withdrawing, you must stop using the file and delete any copies.
7. Voluntary 30-day refund
In addition to your legal rights: if a file doesn't work for you, email fedyno@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full, even if your right of withdrawal has ended after the download. You don't need to give a reason. This does not limit your legal rights.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
Your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content always apply (Italian Consumer Code, art. 135-octies and following, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770). If a file is faulty, does not open, or does not match its description, email fedyno@gmail.com: we will fix it, replace it or, where that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Not professional advice
The templates are tools for organizing your own data, and results depend on the data you enter. The budget planner is for personal budgeting only and is not financial, tax or legal advice. The SEO spreadsheet does not fetch search data and does not guarantee rankings or sales. The bookkeeping and tax spreadsheet is an organizational tool: its tax figures are estimates, it does not prepare or file tax returns, and it is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or for results that depend on the data you enter. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live (Regulation (EC) 593/2008, art. 6). Consumers resident in Italy may bring claims before the court of their place of residence or domicile (Italian Consumer Code, art. 66-bis); consumers resident elsewhere in the EU may also use the courts of their own country. Please email us first so we can try to solve the problem.
