THE RISE METHOD™

and

RISE THERAPY™

FROM PSYCHOLOGIST TO A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL WOMEN'S GUIDE

Lovnima's professional journey did not begin with Shakti Rising.

It began with psychology.

For years, psychology was the central lens through which she understood people.

She became deeply interested in the human mind, emotional experiences and, particularly, the dynamics of romantic human connections.

Why do two people fall in love?

Why do people remain in relationships that make them unhappy?

Why do relationships become unhealthy?

Why do people repeat the same patterns?

Why do some couples communicate effectively while others become trapped in cycles of conflict?

Why do people ignore red flags?

Why do some people struggle to leave?

Why can two people love each other and still be unhealthy for one another?

These questions became an important part of Lovnima's psychological work.

THE RELATIONSHIP DIMENSION OF PSYCHOLOGY

Through her psychology practice, Lovnima increasingly found herself exploring the complex emotional dynamics that can develop between people.

She became particularly interested in:

Relationship patterns

Communication

Attachment and emotional dynamics

Boundaries

Self-worth

Red flags

Unhealthy relationship dynamics

Emotional dependency

Conflict

Patterns of attraction

Why people stay

Why people leave

Why some relationships become painful

Why love alone does not always create a healthy relationship

This became an important part of her work with women.

She began creating educational teachings around relationship dynamics, helping women understand that being emotionally connected to someone does not automatically mean that the relationship is healthy.

And gradually, another realisation emerged.

There was a missing dimension.

Psychology explained a great deal.

But Lovnima had always experienced life through another lens as well.

A spiritual one.

THE SPIRITUAL SIDE WAS ALWAYS THERE

Long before Shakti Rising existed, Lovnima had questions.

Questions about life.

Questions about existence.

Questions about where human beings come from.

Questions about consciousness.

Questions about purpose.

Questions about the soul.

Questions about why certain people enter our lives.

Questions about why some connections feel extraordinarily intense.

Questions about whether there is more to life than what can immediately be seen.

Spirituality was not something she suddenly discovered as an adult.

It was something she had been curious about from a young age.

She describes herself as someone who has always questioned.

Always searched.

Always looked beneath the surface.

Always wondered:

"Why?"

And perhaps that questioning nature was one of the earliest foundations of Shakti Rising.

THE WOMAN WHO OFTEN FELT DIFFERENT

Lovnima's personal journey also shaped the woman she eventually became.

She has experienced periods in which she felt like the black sheep — someone who did not always fit neatly into the expectations of the people or environments around her.

She experienced difficult relationship dynamics.

She experienced emotional complexity.

She questioned herself.

She questioned relationships.

She questioned the meaning behind some of the experiences she was living through.

And these experiences became part of her learning.

Not because difficult experiences automatically make someone an expert.

But because they can create questions.

And questions can lead to exploration.

And exploration can lead to understanding.

THE QUESTION OF SOUL CONNECTIONS

As Lovnima's spiritual exploration deepened, she became increasingly interested in concepts such as:

Soul purpose

Karmic connections

Twinflame teachings

Spiritual awakening

Energetic dynamics

Intuition

Divine Feminine wisdom

These concepts became part of her personal spiritual exploration.

She had held a personal belief from a young age that she would encounter what she understood as a twinflame connection.

In 2022, she experienced a relationship that she personally interpreted through this framework.

For Lovnima, this became a major catalyst for a period of spiritual awakening and self-exploration.

Rather than simply becoming interested in spirituality as a concept, she began asking a much larger question:

"What is my purpose?"

And the answer she increasingly felt drawn toward was:

TO HELP PEOPLE — PARTICULARLY WOMEN — AWAKEN, ELEVATE, TRANSFORM AND RECONNECT WITH THEMSELVES.

FROM PERSONAL EXPLORATION TO ORACLE READINGS

During this period of spiritual exploration, Lovnima began working with oracle cards.

Initially, the practice was personal.

She used oracle cards for herself as a tool for reflection, intuition and spiritual exploration.

Over time, she began offering readings to women.

Then men began approaching her as well.

What began as something personal gradually became a service.

She started offering:

LIVE ORACLE READINGS and REMOTE ORACLE READINGS.

The work expanded. People came with questions about love, relationships, life transitions, spiritual connections, personal choices and emotional experiences.

And Lovnima began noticing a pattern.

People were not only asking for readings.

They were asking for understanding.

THE QUESTIONS BEHIND THE QUESTIONS

Some women came asking about relationships they understood as karmic connections. Others came asking about what they understood as twinflame connections. Some were navigating situationships. Some were going through divorce or separation. Some were experiencing uncertainty about the future of a relationship. Some were struggling with fertility-related experiences and the emotions surrounding them. Some believed their relationship was being affected by family interference or the involvement of another person. Others simply wanted to understand why a relationship that once felt beautiful had become painful or confusing. And underneath many of these questions was something deeper:

"What do I do now?"

That question became increasingly important to Lovnima.

She did not simply want to give women another piece of information.

She wanted to create resources that could help women navigate their own lives.

FROM READINGS TO EDUCATION

This was one of the moments when Shakti Rising began to evolve. Lovnima realised that a single reading could provide reflection and insight, but sometimes a woman needed much more. She needed:

Context.

Education.

A framework.

Practical steps.

Time to reflect.

A way to revisit what she had learned.

And so Lovnima began creating:

MASTERCLASSES, SHORT COURSES, TRANSFORMATIONAL PROGRAMS, PRE-RECORDED MEDITATIONS, VISUALISATIONS, AFFIRMATIONS, COMPANION GUIDEBOOKS

These resources became a way of turning complex questions into structured learning journeys.

THE SELF-HELP DOORWAY

Many of Lovnima's programs are designed as a self-help doorway.

Not as a replacement for professional therapy or medical care. But as an opportunity for a woman to learn, reflect and explore a specific situation at her own pace. A woman may arrive with a very specific question:

"Why does this relationship feel so complicated?"

"How do I navigate this karmic connection?"

"How do I understand what I am experiencing?"

"How do I rebuild myself after a relationship?"

"How do I deal with the emotional impact of a difficult relationship?"

"How do I reconnect with myself?"

The purpose of a structured program is to take that complexity and create a step-by-step learning pathway.

Instead of simply saying: "Here is an answer."

Lovnima's intention is increasingly:

"Here is a framework through which you can explore this for yourself."

LOVNIMA'S BELIEF IN PERSONAL AGENCY

At the centre of Lovnima's philosophy is a strong belief in personal agency.

She does not want women to become dependent on a reader, coach, therapist or spiritual practitioner for every answer.

She wants women to develop their own capacity to reflect, understand, choose and act.

YOU ARE THE MAIN PARTICIPANT IN YOUR OWN LIFE.

A practitioner can guide.

A therapist can support.

A coach can facilitate.

An oracle reading can provide a reflective perspective.

A meditation can create space.

A course can teach.

But ultimately:

YOUR LIFE IS YOURS.

YOUR CHOICES ARE YOURS.

YOUR GROWTH REQUIRES YOUR PARTICIPATION.

MANIFESTATION, INTUITION & PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION

Many of Lovnima's spiritual practices are influenced by concepts of manifestation, intention, intuition and personal elevation.

Her approach emphasises the idea that transformation begins within.

Rather than focusing exclusively on trying to control external circumstances, her meditations, affirmations and visualisations often encourage women to focus on:

Who am I becoming?

What am I embodying?

What patterns am I releasing?

What beliefs am I strengthening?

What kind of relationship am I preparing myself to experience?

What kind of life am I consciously creating?

The focus is therefore not simply:

"How do I get this specific person?"

but more deeply:

"How do I become the version of myself who is capable of experiencing healthy, conscious and reciprocal love?"

WHY LOVNIMA DOES NOT OFFER CANDLE OR BINDING RITUALS

This is an important part of Lovnima's personal ethics.

Lovnima does not offer candle rituals intended to bind, control, manipulate or force another person's behaviour or romantic choices.

Her position is rooted in her personal spiritual belief in karma, personal agency and respect for the autonomy of other people.

For example, she may support a woman in wanting to attract love.

But she would encourage the focus to be on:

ATTRACTING HEALTHY LOVE.

ATTRACTING RECIPROCAL LOVE.

ATTRACTING CONSCIOUS LOVE.

BECOMING ALIGNED WITH THE KIND OF RELATIONSHIP SHE WANTS TO EXPERIENCE.

Rather than attempting to force a particular individual or predetermined outcome.

In Lovnima's spiritual philosophy, trying to control another person's choices through ritual conflicts with her understanding of free will and what she considers to be the highest good of all involved.

CORD-CUTTING & THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INNER WORK AND CONTROL

Lovnima may use or teach Cord-Cutting Meditation as a reflective practice intended to help a person focus on releasing emotional or energetic attachment. But this is fundamentally different from a ritual intended to control another person's behaviour.

The intention is:

"I am releasing what I no longer wish to carry."

Not:

"I am forcing something to happen to someone else."

That distinction is central to Lovnima's ethics. She does not believe that spiritual practices should be used to override another person's autonomy.

WHY LOVNIMA DOES NOT DIRECTLY OFFER REIKI HEALING OR SHIELDING

Lovnima has undertaken Reiki-related training and holds relevant certifications.

However, she has chosen not to make direct Reiki healing or energetic shielding a central service of Shakti Rising.

This decision comes from her personal ethical and spiritual philosophy.

Lovnima believes that every person has their own journey, choices and consequences.

From her perspective, a practitioner should not position themselves as someone who can simply take another person's difficulties away or carry what belongs to another person.

"I can empower you.

I can guide you.

I can teach you practices.

But I cannot live your journey for you."

This is why Lovnima prefers practices that encourage the individual to become an active participant.

Her meditation, affirmation and visualisation work is designed around this principle.

Rather than creating dependency on a practitioner, she wants women to develop their own inner resources and practices.

PROTECTION & SPIRITUAL FEARS

The same principle applies when women approach Lovnima with concerns about spiritual protection, negative energies or what they understand as black magic.

Lovnima does not position herself as someone who can simply remove every perceived external problem on another person's behalf.

Instead, where appropriate within her spiritual offerings, her emphasis is on empowerment, grounding, self-protection practices, emotional resilience and personal agency.

Her role is that of a guide.

YOU REMAIN THE ACTIVE PARTICIPANT.

This principle is important to Lovnima because she does not want women to become dependent upon fear.

She wants them to become more empowered.

THE ETHICS BEHIND SHAKTI RISING

Lovnima's work is guided by several principles.

PERSONAL AGENCY

You remain an active participant in your own life.

AUTONOMY

Other people's choices and free will deserve respect.

EMPOWERMENT

Support should help you become more capable, not more dependent.

DISCERNMENT

Not every message, belief or interpretation needs to be accepted without question.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Psychological therapy, coaching, spiritual practices and oracle readings have different purposes and should not be presented as interchangeable.

COMPASSION

Women deserve to be met without unnecessary shame or judgement.

RESPONSIBILITY

Spiritual practices should not replace appropriate psychological, medical, legal or other professional support.

LOVNIMA'S MISSION

TO HELP WOMEN BECOME ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN THEIR OWN TRANSFORMATION.

Lovnima's mission is to create accessible, thoughtful and empowering spaces where women can:

Understand themselves

Develop psychological awareness

Explore their emotions

Learn practical tools

Reflect on their relationships

Explore Divine Feminine wisdom

Develop self-awareness

Reconnect with their inner world

Learn at their own pace

Question old patterns

Build personal agency

And consciously participate in their own transformation

LOVNIMA'S VISION

A WORLD WHERE WOMEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO KNOW THEMSELVES DEEPLY.

Lovnima envisions a future where women are not taught simply to adapt to everyone else's expectations.

A world where women can learn about psychology.

Understand relationships.

Develop emotional awareness.

Explore spirituality.

Question inherited beliefs.

Understand boundaries.

Reconnect with themselves.

Learn to seek appropriate support.

And make conscious choices about the lives they want to create.

Her vision for Shakti Rising is not to tell women what their lives should look like.

It is to give them tools through which they can explore what their own life can become.

LOVNIMA'S PURPOSE

TO GUIDE, EDUCATE AND EMPOWER.

Lovnima's purpose sits at the intersection of:

PSYCHOLOGY

Understanding the human mind and behaviour.

RELATIONSHIPS

Understanding the complexity of human connection.

EMOTIONAL WELLBEING

Helping women explore their emotional experiences.

DIVINE FEMININE WISDOM

Exploring feminine archetypes, symbolism and spiritual teachings.

EDUCATION

Creating courses, masterclasses and structured learning experiences.

SELF-DISCOVERY

Encouraging women to question, reflect and understand themselves.

EMPOWERMENT

Helping women become active participants in their own lives.

WHY SHAKTI RISING

The name Shakti carries a profound symbolic meaning within Hindu traditions, commonly associated with divine feminine power, energy and creative force.

For Lovnima, the name represents an idea of inner power, feminine potential, movement and transformation.

"Rising" represents movement.

Growth.

Awareness.

Change.

Becoming.

The name therefore reflects the philosophy behind the platform:

SHAKTI RISING

Not because women need to be "fixed."

Not because women are incomplete.

But because there is always the possibility of becoming more conscious, more self-aware and more connected with one's own life.

THE RISE METHOD™ & RISE THERAPY™

TWO PATHWAYS. ONE WOMAN.

The creation of these two frameworks represents the evolution of Lovnima's work.

THE RISE METHOD™

grew from her spiritual exploration, Divine Feminine work, oracle practice, coaching and desire to create educational resources for women.

RISE THERAPY™

grew from her psychological education, professional experience, relationship work, CBT training, mindfulness practice and continued commitment to psychological wellbeing.

They are different.

And that difference is intentional.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CHOOSE AN IDENTITY.

You can be psychologically curious.

Spiritually curious.

Both.

Or neither.

You can simply choose the service that is appropriate for you.

LOVNIMA'S COMMITMENT TO WOMEN

Lovnima does not promise that one reading will answer every question.

She does not promise that one meditation will transform your entire life.

She does not promise that therapy will make life permanently easy.

She does not believe that another person should have complete power over your destiny.

Instead, her work is built around something simpler:

YOU HAVE A ROLE IN YOUR OWN JOURNEY.

A therapist can walk beside you.

A coach can guide you.

A course can educate you.

A meditation can help you pause.

An oracle reading can offer a reflective perspective.

A guidebook can give you structure.

But you still have to live the life.

You still have to make the choices.

You still have to participate.

And that is where Lovnima believes transformation becomes meaningful.

A MESSAGE FROM LOVNIMA

Dear Woman,

I did not create Shakti Rising because I believe I have every answer.

I created it because I have always been someone who asks questions.

Questions about people.

Questions about relationships.

Questions about psychology.

Questions about emotions.

Questions about spirituality.

Questions about purpose.

Questions about why we repeat certain patterns.

Questions about why we love the people we love.

Questions about why some experiences change us.

And eventually, questions about myself.

My journey has taken me from psychology into relationships, from relationships into deeper questions about human connection, from those questions into spirituality, and from spirituality back into a deeper understanding of purpose.

I have studied psychology academically.

I have worked professionally as a psychologist.

I have explored CBT and mindfulness.

I have worked with relationship dynamics.

I have trained in Divine Feminine Coaching.

I have worked with oracle cards.

I have created meditations.

I have created courses.

I have created programs.

And through all of these experiences, one thing has remained constant:

I want women to become more empowered in their own lives.

I don't want you to need me forever.

I don't want you to believe that I have more power over your life than you do.

I want you to learn.

I want you to question.

I want you to reflect.

I want you to develop your own awareness.

I want you to understand when you need professional psychological support.

I want you to recognise when a spiritual practice is simply a spiritual practice.

And I want you to know that you are allowed to choose what resonates with you.

You do not have to believe in everything I believe in.

You do not have to walk the same path I have walked.

You do not have to become like me.

You have your own journey.

My role is simply to create spaces, tools and pathways that may help you navigate yours.

Sometimes that pathway may be psychological.

Sometimes it may be educational.

Sometimes it may be spiritual.

Sometimes it may simply be a moment of reflection.

Whatever doorway you enter through, I hope it leads you closer to yourself.

Return to yourself.

Remember your wisdom.

Rise within.

With warmth,

Lovnima
