Welcome to Shakti Rising, founded by Lovnima Gungah-Heerowa (“Lovnima”, “I”, “me”, “my”, “Shakti Rising” or “the Provider”).

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services, courses, masterclasses, programmes, digital products, intuitive guidance and sessions offered through Shakti Rising and The RISE Method™.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading or participating in any Shakti Rising service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. ABOUT SHAKTI RISING

Shakti Rising offers educational, personal-development, reflective, spiritual and coaching-based experiences designed to support self-exploration, personal awareness and personal growth.

Services may include:

• The RISE Method™
• Masterclasses
• Pre-recorded courses
• Short courses
• Online programmes
• Guided meditation
• Self-reflection exercises
• Divine Feminine wisdom teachings
• Goddess Archetype teachings
• Life coaching
• Intuitive guidance
• Oracle card readings
• Remote intuitive guidance
• Voice-call intuitive sessions
• Live 1:1 coaching sessions
• Coaching combined with oracle-card guidance and meditation
• Educational content relating to Goddess Archetypes across different cultures, traditions and religious/spiritual contexts

Services may be delivered through prerecorded video, audio, downloadable materials, written materials, remote communication, voice calls or video calls.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT PURPOSE

The content provided through Shakti Rising is intended to support:

• self-reflection;
• personal awareness;
• personal development;
• life coaching;
• spiritual exploration;
• intuitive exploration;
• meditation;
• educational exploration of archetypes, symbolism and feminine wisdom.

The content is not intended to provide a guaranteed outcome or to tell you what decisions you must make in your personal, professional, romantic, financial, medical, legal or other circumstances.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and interpretations.

3. NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHIATRIC OR EMERGENCY CARE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Shakti Rising services are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, emergency care, diagnosis or treatment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

The coaching, meditation, intuitive guidance and oracle-card services offered by Shakti Rising are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, illness, mental-health condition or medical condition.

A trauma-informed approach means that the content and interactions are designed with awareness of trauma-related considerations, including the importance of choice, safety, boundaries, empowerment and sensitivity.

It does not mean that every service constitutes trauma therapy, psychotherapy or clinical trauma treatment.

If you are experiencing an emergency, are at immediate risk of harm, or require urgent medical or psychological assistance, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in your location.

4. INTUITIVE GUIDANCE AND ORACLE CARD READINGS

Shakti Rising may provide intuitive guidance using oracle cards and related reflective practices.

Oracle cards are used as a reflective and intuitive guidance tool.

Any interpretation provided is an intuitive interpretation based on the information available during the session and should not be understood as a factual guarantee, prediction or certainty about future events.

Oracle readings do not establish facts about another person's thoughts, intentions, feelings, behaviour or private life.

You should not rely on an oracle-card reading as the sole basis for making medical, psychological, legal, financial, property, business or other high-stakes decisions.

You remain responsible for independently evaluating information and obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

5. REMOTE INTUITIVE GUIDANCE

Remote intuitive guidance may be provided without a live video interaction.

Depending on the service purchased, you may provide your questions or relevant information and receive an intuitive response within the timeframe stated for that particular service.

Where a service states a response period of up to 48 hours, this means that the response will ordinarily be provided within that period, subject to reasonable circumstances such as technical difficulties, illness, force majeure or other circumstances outside the Provider's reasonable control.

Remote guidance may be delivered in written, audio or other formats specified at the time of purchase.

6. VOICE-CALL INTUITIVE GUIDANCE

Voice-call intuitive guidance may involve:

• intuitive discussion;
• oracle-card interpretation;
• reflective questions;
• personal-development discussion;
• spiritual or Divine Feminine perspectives.

A voice-call session does not guarantee a particular answer, outcome or prediction.

The purpose is to provide a space for reflection and intuitive exploration.

7. LIVE 1:1 COACHING

Shakti Rising may offer live 1:1 sessions of approximately two hours, which may combine:

• life coaching;
• intuitive guidance;
• oracle-card guidance;
• meditation;
• reflective exercises;
• Divine Feminine wisdom teachings;
• other elements expressly described in the relevant service.

Sessions may be delivered by voice call or video call.

The exact content and structure may vary depending on the needs and circumstances of the client and the service purchased.

The Provider does not guarantee a specific personal, relationship, professional, financial, spiritual or emotional outcome from coaching.

8. PRERECORDED COURSES, MASTERCLASSES AND PROGRAMMES

Prerecorded courses, masterclasses and programmes are delivered digitally.

The exact access period, permitted usage and delivery method will be stated on the relevant product or course page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• access is personal to the purchaser;
• course materials may not be shared;
• login credentials may not be shared;
• videos may not be copied or redistributed;
• Guidebooks and downloadable materials may not be commercially reproduced;
• course materials may not be uploaded to another platform;
• course content may not be resold or repackaged.

Where a course is sold with a single-use coupon or other access code, the code is intended for the individual for whom it was issued and may not be transferred, sold or shared.

9. COURSE MATERIALS AND GUIDEBOOKS

Guidebooks, worksheets, exercises, PDFs, videos, audio recordings, graphics and other course materials are provided for the purchaser's personal educational use.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Shakti Rising, you may:

NOT:

• reproduce the materials for commercial purposes;
• distribute them to other people;
• sell or sublicense them;
• upload them to public or private file-sharing platforms;
• reproduce substantial portions on social media;
• teach the proprietary course material as your own programme;
• create derivative commercial products from the materials.

You may use the materials privately for your own learning, reflection and personal development.

10. GODDESS ARCHETYPES AND CULTURAL MATERIAL

Shakti Rising may explore Goddess Archetypes, feminine symbolism, stories, traditions, cultural practices, religious traditions and spiritual teachings originating from different parts of the world.

The purpose is educational and reflective.

The use of Goddess imagery, names, symbolism, clothing, artistic representations and archetypal themes does not necessarily indicate that Shakti Rising claims ownership of the underlying historical, cultural or religious traditions.

Where appropriate, cultural and traditional material may be discussed in its historical, symbolic, spiritual or educational context.

Shakti Rising does not claim ownership of cultural or religious traditions that originate independently of the Provider.

11. REPRESENTATIONS OF LOVNIMA AS GODDESS ARCHETYPES

Some original Shakti Rising visual materials may depict Lovnima embodying or visually representing a Goddess Archetype.

These artistic representations may include:

• Lovnima's face or likeness;
• Goddess-inspired clothing;
• Goddess-inspired styling;
• symbolic jewellery;
• traditional or contemporary visual elements;
• colours, poses or imagery associated with an archetype.

Such images are artistic and educational representations intended to communicate the concept of embodying an archetype.

They should not automatically be interpreted as claiming that Lovnima is literally the historical or religious Goddess being represented.

The underlying Goddess traditions and cultural heritage remain distinct from Shakti Rising's original educational and artistic interpretation.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original Shakti Rising content is owned by or licensed to Shakti Rising and/or Lovnima.

This includes, without limitation:

• Shakti Rising branding;
• The RISE Method™;
• original course structures;
• original programmes;
• masterclass content;
• written materials;
• Guidebooks;
• worksheets;
• exercises;
• original teachings;
• original frameworks;
• original terminology;
• videos;
• audio;
• photographs;
• original graphics;
• original artwork;
• website content;
• social-media content;
• logos;
• promotional materials;
• original meditation scripts;
• original coaching frameworks.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, teach, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from proprietary Shakti Rising content without prior written permission.

13. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE

The RISE Method™ and associated original Shakti Rising materials are proprietary brand and intellectual-property assets of Lovnima/Shakti Rising, subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

All rights are reserved except where permission has been expressly granted.

Third-party names, Goddess names, religious traditions, cultural references and historical material remain subject to their respective rights and traditions and are not claimed as proprietary by Shakti Rising.

14. CONFIDENTIALITY

Shakti Rising respects the privacy and confidentiality of clients.

Information voluntarily shared during coaching, intuitive guidance or other private sessions will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and the limitations described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Confidential information will not ordinarily be publicly disclosed without your permission.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in circumstances where disclosure is:

• required by law;
• necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation;
• necessary to protect someone from an immediate and serious risk of harm;
• necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or security threats;
• otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through insecure communication channels unless necessary.

15. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the service you purchase.

You are also responsible for:

• protecting your account credentials;
• maintaining access to your email;
• ensuring you have compatible technology;
• maintaining a suitable internet connection;
• participating voluntarily;
• deciding whether a particular exercise is appropriate for you;
• seeking professional support when appropriate.

You may stop an exercise or session if you feel uncomfortable or believe that continuing is not appropriate for you.

16. BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

For live sessions, the booking date, time and duration will be communicated at the time of booking.

Please attend at the agreed time.

If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling and cancellation terms may be stated separately on the relevant booking or service page and form part of these Terms.

17. PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in the applicable sales channel and may be stated in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) or another currency.

Payment must be made according to the payment instructions provided for the relevant service.

Where a service is paid manually, access may only be provided after payment has been confirmed.

You must not falsely claim payment or provide fraudulent payment information.

18. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refund and cancellation rights may depend on the nature of the service, whether a live appointment has been reserved, and whether digital content has already been supplied or accessed.

The specific refund/cancellation terms displayed at checkout or booking should be read before purchase.

Where a digital product has already been supplied or access has been granted, you acknowledge that digital delivery may affect cancellation or refund rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Shakti Rising does not guarantee:

• a particular emotional outcome;
• relationship reconciliation;
• manifestation of a particular event;
• financial success;
• career success;
• business success;
• spiritual awakening;
• healing outcome;
• personal transformation;
• a particular result from coaching;
• a particular result from meditation;
• a particular result from an oracle reading.

Personal development is individual, and outcomes depend on many factors outside the Provider's control.

20. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Shakti Rising may use third-party platforms to provide services, including platforms for:

• website hosting;
• payment processing;
• course delivery;
• video hosting;
• scheduling;
• communication;
• email;
• cloud storage;
• analytics.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Shakti Rising is not responsible for interruptions, outages or changes to third-party services that are outside the Provider's reasonable control.

21. WEBSITE AND DIGITAL ACCESS

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep digital services accessible.

However, continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• technical problems;
• platform outages;
• internet disruptions;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• circumstances outside reasonable control.

22. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Shakti Rising materials or services to:

• harass or threaten another person;
• impersonate Shakti Rising or Lovnima;
• reproduce or sell proprietary course materials;
• distribute paid content without permission;
• gain unauthorised access to another person's account;
• interfere with the operation of the website or course platform;
• use the materials for unlawful purposes.

23. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

Shakti Rising may suspend or terminate access to digital services where reasonably necessary because of:

• non-payment;
• unauthorised sharing of paid content;
• infringement of intellectual property;
• abusive or threatening conduct;
• fraudulent activity;
• serious breach of these Terms.

Termination does not automatically remove rights or obligations that are intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property, confidentiality, liability and payment provisions.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shakti Rising will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory legal rights or protections available to consumers.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Shakti Rising may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

• services;
• programmes;
• business practices;
• technology;
• applicable law;
• privacy requirements.

The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Mauritius, subject to any mandatory legal rights that may apply to a consumer in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities.
