
About Me
I was catapulted (yes - catapulted - don’t you like the visual there?) into motherhood in 2015, with the birth of my son, and became a mom, again, in late 2019 when my husband and I welcomed our boy/girl twins.
While each of my experiences as a new mom looked a little different, the fundamental nursing and sleep training concepts I share in this blueprint guide still applied, and more importantly, were still effective. By implementing the same fundamental concepts each time, I was able to make it over a year exclusively breastfeeding both my singleton, and my twins. And have them sleeping through the night, in their own rooms from around 6 months old.
Though I’m not an expert, I felt led to create this guide because I genuinely enjoy helping others, especially mothers. And I was encouraged to share my knowledge by people who have seen me put my breastfeeding and sleep training tips and techniques to the test not once, not twice, but three times.
Despite the fact that all of my children share genetics (and in the case of my twins - a birth date), I can safely say that no two babies are alike. Even still, by implementing these tips, I was ultimately able to have the same outcome for all three of my children - and a number of friends and family members who took heed to the advice I shared - and I truly believe you can as well!
