Designs License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between SharpStroke ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing this license ("Licensee"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the design ("Design"), Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Design for permitted uses as outlined below.

2. Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the Design for:

Personal & Commercial Use – Licensee may use the Design for personal projects or for commercial purposes.
Digital Use – Licensee may use the Design in digital formats, including websites, apps, and social media, as long as it is not used in templates, resold, or made available for download by third parties
Physical Products – Licensee may print up to 500,000 copies on items such as posters, clothing, packaging, or marketing materials.
Modifications Allowed – Licensee may edit, resize, or modify the Design but cannot claim authorship of the original work.

3. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Design as a standalone product.
Include the Design in a way that allows others to download or extract it.
Use the Design in trademarks, logos, or brand identities.
Print more than 500,000 copies without purchasing an Extended License.

4. Ownership & Copyright

The Design remains the intellectual property of Sharp Stroke. This license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership.

5. Liability & Indemnification

Licensor is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from Licensee’s use of the Design. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor against any third-party claims.

6. Termination

This license is revocable if Licensee violates any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must stop using the Design.

SharpMockups License Agreement

This license governs use of the SharpMockups software ("Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal or business devices, solely for internal purposes.

2. Restrictions.

You may not:

- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software,

- distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the Software,

- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

3. Ownership.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with SharpStroke.

4. Updates.

Updates or patches are governed by this same agreement.

5. Termination.

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms.

You must uninstall and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability.

SharpStroke shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.

SSMK Files License Agreement

This license applies to SharpMockups files with the .ssmk extension ("Content").

The original .ssmk files provided by SharpStroke may only be obtained from SharpStroke directly.

Users may open and edit .ssmk files solely within the SharpMockups software.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of .ssmk files “as-is” is strictly prohibited.

Users may generate and export derivative works (such as images, mockups, or project outputs) from within the software. Such exports may be used in accordance with the accompanying software license.

1. License Grant.

Upon lawful download from Sharp Stroke, you are granted a

limited, non-exclusive license to use the Content for creating designs, projects,

or commercial works.

2. Restrictions.

You may not:

- redistribute, resell, or share the Content "as-is",

- claim ownership of the Content,

- provide the Content to third parties outside of your end projects.

3. Permitted Use.

You may use the Content in personal or commercial design

projects, and in derivative works where the Content is incorporated into

a larger design.

4. Non-Transferable.

This license is personal to you and may not be transferred.

5. Termination.

Unauthorized distribution or breach terminates this license.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty.

The Content is provided "AS IS" without warranty.
