What is an SSMK file?

An SSMK (SharpStroke Mockup) File is the special project format used in SharpMockups and created by SharpStroke.

It’s the only file type the app accepts to create realistic, editable mockups with your designs. Unlike a simple PNG or JPG, an SSMK contains all the setup needed for SharpMockups to generate accurate previews and final results.

Once you finish editing, you can export your project as a ready-to-use final mockup image.

Can also be exported as a Drag&Drop, ready-made PSD File – if you want more advanced editing in Photoshop later.

SSMK makes SharpMockups powerful, private, and offline—your designs stay yours, while the mockups stay flexible.
