All orders take 10-14 business days to process due to some products being custom made to order or otherwise not available at the time of purchase.
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS to United States and Canada. Subject to change.
We currently offer free shipping on all items purchased on our www.shopcicisbooks.com website only. Subject to change.

If we are unable to deliver to your specific address/country/region for whatever reason your order will be cancelled and refunded, and you will be notified via email.
By finalizing your purchase, you are agreeing to be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A tracking number that says "delivered" or "in transit" means that we are no longer liable for your package.

Backorders and Pre-orders
Any items that are on backorder or offered through pre-order will be shipped out upon availability and will take 10-14 business days to be processed and delivered.
Please note that availability and/or release dates for backorder or pre-order items may change or items may be discontinued or no longer available.
In the event of this occurring you will be notified and given an option to place a new order, choose another item of similar value or to cancel and be refunded to the original payment method.
