Hey, I’m Sydney!


I’ve always loved food, the flavours, the creativity, the comfort. But for years, I struggled to find a balance between enjoying what I ate and hitting my goals. I wanted meals that were satisfying, simple, and packed with protein, not bland or boring.


After losing over 100 pounds and keeping it off, I discovered that high-protein meals could be simple, satisfying, and full of flavour. Eating this way made it so much easier to stay on track without feeling restricted.


That’s why I created Simply Protein, a collection of my go-to high protein, simple recipes that helped me fuel my goals without giving up the foods I love. Each dish is straightforward, full of flavour, and easy to make, whether you’re building muscle, cutting fat, or just keeping things balanced.
