It depends on the type of texture ♡

Tattoo Textures

• Tattoo textures are considered artwork and may not be edited, redrawn, traced, recreated, or heavily altered. (personal COMMISSIONED textures may be edited but not to be unrecognizable as my work, u MUST credit me)

• Please do not claim the artwork as your own.

Asset Textures

Personal edits are welcome unless otherwise stated.

Examples include:

• recolors

• material adjustments

• adding personal details

• customization for your own avatar

Edited asset textures may not be redistributed, resold, or claimed as your own.

✦ Can I use your textures on avatars I sell?

Yes, only if commercial rights are included with the product or purchased separately. ♡

Commercial use may include:

• completed paid avatars

• avatar commissions

• monetized VRChat projects

Commercial use does not allow you to:

• resell the texture by itself

• redistribute the files

• upload/share the texture separately

• claim the artwork as your own

✦ Can I reuse a texture from an avatar I bought?

No.

If you purchased an avatar that includes one of my textures, that does not give you ownership of the texture itself.

To use that texture on another avatar, it must be purchased directly from my shop. If it is a avatar only custom texture it will not be available for purchase.

✦ What is the difference between Personal and Commercial use?

Personal Use allows you to use my products on your own avatar.

Examples:

• VRChat

• streaming

• YouTube

• Twitch

• TikTok

• photography

• renders

• social media posts

Personal use does not include selling products that contain my work.

Commercial Use allows use on approved finished products for profit when commercial rights are included or purchased ONLY.

Commercial rights never allow redistribution or resale of the original files.

✦ Are your avatars PC or Quest compatible?

Unless stated otherwise, my avatars are made primarily for PC.

Quest compatibility will always be listed on the product page if available.

Unless the product description says otherwise, you're welcome to:

• change materials

• swap textures

• add accessories

• recolor parts

• customize it for your own personal use

No, Most avatars are intended for private use only. I will make free public avatars in the future that will be available in an avatar world but any uploads to an account are not allowed to be public.
