• Do not claim my work as your own creation.

• Do not repost my files, previews, assets, or textures without permission.

• Do not remove watermarks, ownership markings, or credits.

• Any stolen, ripped, leaked, traced, or unauthorized usage of my work may result in blacklisting, removal of access, DMCA reports, or further action.

• Harassment, chargebacks, scams, or malicious behavior toward me or my customers will not be tolerated.

• My textures/assets are for personal use unless commercial usage is clearly stated in the product description.

• Commercial use only applies to completed avatars/models or approved projects unless stated otherwise.

• Do not resell, repost, redistribute, repackage, or sell my textures/assets by themselves.

• Do not use my textures/assets to create competing products.

• Do not trace, copy, heavily reference, or recreate my finished artwork/textures.

• Editing is allowed for personal use unless otherwise specified.

• If a texture comes on an avatar you purchased elsewhere, you may not reuse it on another model unless the texture was purchased directly from me.

• Do not remove ownership information from my files.

• My designs may use a combination of hand-drawn elements, references, edited/composited elements, and personal adjustments depending on the project.

• References may be used for inspiration, style, placement, and design direction.

• I do not provide direct copies of another creator’s artwork or designs.

• Please do not submit artwork, assets, or images that you do not have permission to use.

• Final designs and textures remain my artwork and may not be claimed, resold, or redistributed.

• Please do not send ripped, leaked, or unauthorized avatar/model files.

• I only work with legally obtained files, textures, UVs, and creator-approved resources.

• Do not reuse, rip, extract, or take assets/parts from my avatars.

• My avatars may not be publicly uploaded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Do not upload purchased avatars to other accounts without permission.

• Price splitting, trading, leaking, or sharing purchased avatars is prohibited.

• Proper credit must be given to all creators involved when using commercial rights.

• Commission pricing is based on complexity, time, and requested usage.

• Payment or agreed trade/gift exchange must be completed before work begins unless otherwise discussed.

• Estimated completion times are not guaranteed and may change depending on complexity, communication, and queue.

• Progress updates will be provided during the process.

• Small adjustments are included during the creation process.

• Major changes after approval may require an additional fee.

• Once work has started, refunds will not be provided.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

• Commercial rights must be purchased or included in the product description.

• Commercial use allows usage on approved finished products only.

• If posting avatars, renders, photos, or content using my textures, please tag/credit me.

• I would love to receive photos, renders, or screenshots of finished commissions!

With permission, submitted photos may be used for:

• All sales are final due to the digital nature of my products.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be given unless required otherwise.
