Slightly Feral — Custom Digital Pet Portraits

All Slightly Feral pet portraits are custom-made digital products created using photographs submitted by our customers.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may request a full refund before work begins on your custom portrait.

Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available because each portrait is created specifically for your order.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or inaccessible digital file, please contact us so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.

Digital Delivery

Our portraits are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

We aim to deliver completed portraits within 48 hours after receiving your payment and usable pet photograph.
