Slightly Feral — Custom Digital Pet Portraits

Welcome to Slightly Feral! By purchasing a custom digital pet portrait from our store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Products
Slightly Feral creates personalized digital pet portraits using photographs submitted by customers.
- Each portrait is custom-created based on your selected style and submitted photograph.
- All portraits are delivered as digital files.
- No physical prints, frames, or other merchandise are shipped.
- Product prices are displayed at checkout. Our current standard portrait price is $19.95, excluding any applicable taxes.
2. Ordering and Photo Submission
After completing your purchase, you will be directed to submit a photograph of your pet and provide the information needed to create your portrait.
Customers are responsible for submitting a clear, usable photograph and accurate contact information.
If a photograph is unsuitable, we may request a replacement before beginning work.
3. Production and Delivery
We aim to deliver completed digital portraits within 48 hours after receiving both payment and a usable pet photograph.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, technical issues, or the need for additional customer information.
Completed portraits will be delivered electronically. No physical product will be mailed.
4. Custom Artwork and Artistic Interpretation
Our portraits are creative interpretations of customer-submitted photographs and may be produced using artificial intelligence and digital editing tools.
Final artwork may vary in appearance from the original photograph. Minor artistic differences are part of the custom design process.
We make reasonable efforts to preserve recognizable features of your pet, but exact photographic reproduction is not guaranteed.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Customers may request a full refund before work begins on their custom portrait.
Once production has begun, refunds are generally unavailable because the artwork is personalized.
If an incorrect, defective, or inaccessible file is delivered, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Refund requests are handled according to our separate Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Customer Photograph Rights
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you own the photograph or have permission to use it for the creation of your custom portrait.
You grant Slightly Feral permission to use the submitted photograph solely as reasonably necessary to create, process, and deliver your order.
We will not use customer-submitted photographs in promotional materials without permission.
7. Personal Use and Copyright
Customers may download, save, and print their completed portraits for personal use.
Unless separately agreed in writing, purchasing a portrait does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property rights held by Slightly Feral or third parties.
Commercial reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the artwork requires prior written permission, to the extent such rights are legally enforceable.
