Who we are. Smart Cooler Playbook ("we") sells digital launch kits through a store hosted on Payhip. Contact: mainstreettoolkits@gmail.com.

What we receive when you buy. Our store platform shares order details with us so we can deliver and support your purchase: typically your email address, what you bought, the price, tax, date and order status, and your name if checkout asks for it. Stripe, our payment processor, handles your full card details; we don't receive them.

How we use it. To deliver your download, answer your questions, process refunds, keep business and tax records, and prevent fraud. We don't sell your personal information.

Emails. We use your email to deliver your purchase, provide order-related support and respond to your messages. We currently do not send marketing emails.

Services we use (each has its own privacy policy):

• Payhip (store, checkout and delivery): https://payhip.com/privacy
• Stripe (card payments): https://stripe.com/privacy
• Google (our support email is a Gmail account): https://policies.google.com/privacy

Your choices. Email mainstreettoolkits@gmail.com to ask about the information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion. We'll respond as required by the laws that apply.
