Who we are. Smart Cooler Playbook ("we" or "us") sells digital launch kits through its store on Payhip. These terms apply to purchases from that store. Contact: mainstreettoolkits@gmail.com.

What you're buying. A digital download (one ZIP file) containing the files described on the product page. You receive a license to use them as described below. You don't buy ownership of the content.

Price and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars. Where it applies, our store platform calculates and collects sales tax at checkout.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

Delivery. After payment you get a download page and an email receipt with your download link. Downloads per purchase may be limited. If you have trouble downloading, email us and we'll help or resend your link.

License. You may edit the templates for your own business, and you may share the materials you create with them (emails, flyers, signage, statements and other business materials) with your prospects, customers, staff and advisers. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the original launch kit, its guides, blank templates or workbooks, including as a competing product. Educational content. This launch kit provides educational guides and planning tools, not personalized professional advice. Examples are illustrative; business results vary.

Compatibility. Designed for desktop Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice Calc. Google Sheets and Apple Numbers compatibility has not been verified.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy: 14-day refunds, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Updates. We may correct or update the launch kit. If we replace the file, your original download link may deliver the updated version. We don't promise future updates.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
