Many people have read our blog post, Testing 1,2,3 Why are U fighting or seen our STOP WARS t-shirts and sweatshirts in the SoRichiam Media merch store. We felt it necessary after seeing so many college students in the USA passionate to get involved in something they did not completely understand. We call it "noble ignorance".
Noble because they (students) desperately want to help and have a say in society, and they will. Ignorance because they were making decisions to stand for something without all the facts.
The War in Gaza is very sticky and has ancient history. Many people forget that the Palestinians initiated the war by attacking Israel on the Sabbath Day, Saturday October 11, 2023. Perhaps they were thinking these religious nerds were so busy studying Torah that they would not fight back on a holy day.
After Shabbat, these “religious nerds” took off their glasses, put on their tefillin and beat the snot out of their enemies. But I guess it’s true. You can’t judge a book by its cover.
War is cruel. I hate war. But if you don't want to be slaughtered, don't start it. And quite frankly, Hamas encourages it (war and hatred). Why are they so mad?
But the media has decidedly pointed the camera (propaganda) in a way to make Palestinians look like the victims. War stinks. "Don't start none and won't be none" as the saying goes.
Wars have no winners. Every life is precious. Value it.
Now certain people are upset that Israel is protecting its territory in the same way the USA went overboard after 911 to protect America. But this is different.
There were no weapons of mass destruction. And we may never truly know why hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars funded the war in Afghanistan for twenty years. But in retrospect, we do know that there was experimentation with "chemical warfare".
Time will eventually reveal the truth as it always does. And nothing happens on earth without GOD’s permission. That is to say; something on this side of heaven caused a ripple effect. It was a warning. GOD will reveal and we will see it. After all, how else will we (eventually) learn our lessons? And we all know there is a lot to learn.
However, Israel has “the receipts”. Everything (evens of October 11, 2023) was caught on camera. And their enemies confessed right away.
But they (Israel) and other countries at war may not have the true cause for the war they are currently fighting. Nor should Israel or any other country depend on the United States of America to "save" them. . You can only bring the cure when you know the source of the problem.
Israel (and everyone) needs to read the story of Jonathan (Saul's son) in 1 Samuel Chapter 14. It's so relevant.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
This is not a physical war of sorts. This and all the wars occurring are distractions. The real war is within.
It's spiritual. In fact, every one is in it, but most don't realize it. (See My Love is One TELL THEM Part 2)
It’s like David vs. Goliath. It's like man vs. GOD. Governments vs. Spirituality. Religion vs. Religion. Religion vs. Atheists etc. You get the idea. GOD is not a religion. GOD is.
It really is not any one particular "religion" per se. Don't let my seeming Israel bias sway you to think any differently. No one has all the facts correct. I mean that. There is more to it. It will all make sense in the end. Maybe not here. But it will all make sense when history's accounts are settled. So please continue.
Although GOD is omnipotent and omnipresent (everywhere at once), GOD is the still small Voice. Even scientists are admitting this to be true. (See "the God particle".)
GOD is so hidden and appears so tiny (in every molecule) that many people do not believe GOD is there at all. Many are either doubtful (agnostic) or atheists (don’t believe at all).
Then there are those who only believe in God when they need help to pay a bill, cover a mistake, find a date/spouse or whatever, Please GOD (fill in the blank) etc.
But GOD gave us free will. We can choose to let GOD be king and guide and protect us. Yes, that means living by the Laws of God which are pretty common sense but not so commonly used. Or we can continue holding the reigns and making bad decisions, hoping for the best and self-destruct.
When we each resolve our inner conflicts (depression, anxiety, inferiority complex, racism etc.), we begin to heal the world around us. Don’t let “distractions” stop you from healing. Start by giving (helping others). Then rinse and repeat.
Anytime we believe that we are all on different teams/sides, we are on the path of human extinction. It is 
not until we realize that this is our (united) planet given to us to govern with God’s help and that we need each other to survive and thrive that we begin to heal and make better decisions.
The Sabbath Day gives people an opportunity to stop, rest, restore, and even THINK. Yes, there are people who want to think again. Smartphones have made people dumb.
Can you add subtract and multiply? That’s basic math. Can you remember people’s names and phone numbers? Yikes! Some young people are saying why? My phone does it for me. Eeeeks!
Set aside a moment out of every day. Get quiet and hear your inner Voice. It's powerful and usually accurate.
Join a Shabbat meal (community) or take a day off each week consistently from technology. Relax. Meditate. Take a quiet walk. Commune with nature. Just be. It may save your life and heal the entire planet earth community that we all currently call home.
