A monthly informal drop-in with no agenda. Celebrate the wins, share the frustrations, chat about anything, because sole trader life is brilliant and also really quite lonely sometimes, and sometimes you just need a coffee with people who get it.
Sole trader life is easier when you're not doing it alone.
"The POD isn't going to transform your business strategy or change your direction.
What it will do is give you a regular, dedicated space to plan what you actually need to get done... catch up on your accounts, get ahead with content, sort the admin that's been hanging over you, and people around you to make sure you actually do it.
I built this because I needed it myself. Since having that accountability and community around me I follow through more, I feel less isolated and I end each month having actually done the things I planned to do, rather than carrying them over to next month again.
