The Solo Practitioner POD is a monthly membership for independent coaches, therapists and wellbeing practitioners. It includes a monthly accountability call, two co-working sessions and a monthly coffee drop-in — all via Zoom. It's peer-led, which means the founder (Wendy) participates as a fellow member, not as a teacher or mentor.
-
Independent coaches, therapists, counsellors, trainers. wellbeing practitioners and anyone running a solo practice in the health, wellness or coaching space. You don't need to be at a particular stage of business — the POD welcomes practitioners at any stage.
-
There are two options:

Annual — £333 per year (2 months free)
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days.
-
No. The POD is peer-led accountability and community — not expert-led business development. There's no strategy, no mentoring and no curriculum. It's a regular, dedicated space to plan what you need to do, be held to it and feel less alone while you do it.
-
Every month you get one accountability call (Tuesday or Sunday option), two co-working sessions (one morning, one evening) and the monthly Coffee POD on the last Friday at 12pm. All sessions are via Zoom and accessed through your Payhip members area.
-
Everything you need is inside your Payhip members area. Once you join you'll have instant access to three sections — The Accountability Hub, The Co-working Space and The Coffee POD. Each section contains the relevant Zoom link, session dates and any recordings or resources for that call.
-
Not at all. Life happens. We'd love to see you at as many sessions as possible, especially the accountability call, which is where most of the magic happens — but there's no obligation to attend every one.
-
The monthly accountability call is recorded and uploaded to The Accountability Hub in your members area within 24 hours.
Co-working sessions and coffee drop-ins are not recorded as these are informal and conversational, they're best experienced live.
-
No. The POD is not a course and doesn't include a content library. It's a live, human community built around three monthly Zoom sessions. The value is in the accountability and connection — not in content to consume.
-
The POD is open to practitioners anywhere. Sessions are held in UK time (GMT/BST) — current session times are listed on the membership page.
-
Yes. The Sunday accountability call at 9.30am was added specifically for practitioners building their practice alongside employment. The evening co-working session is also scheduled with this in mind. Co-working session dates and times are published monthly in the members area and private Facebook community.
-
Yes — if you want to attend both the Tuesday and Sunday calls you're welcome to. One is enough for most members but the option is there if you need it.
